Beauty Therapist
Are you an experienced Beauty Therapist who loves the industry, takes pride in your work, and wants to be part of something special?
The Beauty Extract is an award-winning cosmetic tattoo, skin & beauty clinic known for exceptional results, loyal clients, and a supportive team culture.
We are currently looking for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team in a part-time or full-time role, with availability required for Saturdays and one or two evenings per week.
This position is suited to a therapist with minimum 3+ years experience who enjoys delivering high-quality treatments, building strong client relationships, and working in a clinic that values professionalism, results, and genuine care.
At The Beauty Extract, we are not a rushed, high-turnover salon.
We take the time to do things properly, focus on personalised treatments, and create an experience our clients love coming back for.
Our team of four experienced therapists each bring their own strengths and skills, and together we have built one of Melbourne’s most respected boutique clinics. We work hard, support each other, have a laugh, and take real pride in the standard of work we deliver.
About the role
In this role, you will perform a variety of beauty treatments while maintaining a high level of client care, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Services may include:
• Brow sculpting, tinting, dye, and laminations
• Lash lifts and tinting
• Face & body waxing, including female intimate waxing
• Spray tanning & dermaplaning
• Client consultations, treatment planning, and homecare advice
• Reception duties and rebooking clients
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness and presentation
• Supporting the team to uphold the high standards of The Beauty Extract
You will also build knowledge of the skin and cosmetic tattoo services offered within the clinic so you can confidently educate clients and support treatment recommendations.
This is a results-driven clinic, so confidence in consultations, recommending treatments, and building long-term client relationships is essential.
