Your skin has just undergone an advanced corrective resurfacing treatment. Proper aftercare is essential to support healing, protect your results, and ensure optimal skin regeneration.

Immediately following your treatment, we have applied professional serums, barrier-supporting moisturisers, and SPF.

Where possible, leave these products on for the remainder of the day and overnight (minimum 8 hours).

What to Expect

Cosmo Peel Forte

• Intense skin shedding and visible peeling is expected
  
• Downtime will be required
  
• Skin may feel tight, dry, warm, and look flushed
  
• Shedding typically begins within 2–4 days and can last up to 7–10 days
  

Mela Peel Forte

• Mild to moderate flaking or shedding may occur
  
• Pigmentation may temporarily darken before lifting
  
• Skin may feel dry or slightly tight
  
• Downtime is minimal to moderate depending on skin response
  

Your dermal clinician will advise you on what level of response to expect based on your treatment strength and skin condition.

First 7 Days Post Treatment

• Use a gentle, non-exfoliating cleanser only
  
• Apply a hydrating moisturiser morning and night (and throughout the day if needed)
  
• SPF 50 is mandatory every day, regardless of weather
  
• Minimise sun exposure and heat
  
• Allow all flaking or peeling to shed naturally — do not pick or peel
  

Avoid Until Skin Has Fully Healed

• Active skincare (retinol, vitamin A, AHAs, BHAs, exfoliants)
